・高等学校、中等教育学校後期課程、特別支援学校の高等部、高等専門学校第３年次までの生徒並びに専修学校及び各種学校の修業年限が高等学校と一致している生徒。 ・上記に相当する全世界の生徒。 Students from the world who are in nationally or regionally-recognized equivalents of (or most closely similar to) Japan's senior high school and specialized vocational high schools are eligible to participate. |

| 制作規定 Manga Creation Guidelines |
・テーマに沿った１枚まんが（コマ割自由）をＡ４サイズ（210×297mm）で制作する。 Produce a one page manga (A4, 210x297mm) based on the theme. ・手書きの原稿をスキャニング（または撮影）してデータ化することも可 For non-digital works, digitize them before submission, through methods like scanning. ・投稿できるのは、１名（または１チーム）につき１作品まで Only one entry per person or per group is allowed. ・作品に使用する言語は問わない There are no restrictions on the language used in the manga. ・投稿の際は原稿を横1000ピクセル程度にリサイズし、JPEG、PNG、GIF（アニメーションは除く）のいずれかの形式で、1ファイル10MB以内 The artwork should be resized to 1000 pixels wide upon submission, and be within 10MB, in the format of JPEG, PNG, or GIF. |
| 審査 Exmination Method |
・投稿後閲覧ページに掲載された作品を、一般投票により審査。 ・得票数により１位から３位までを決定。 The work will be displayed on the browsing page after posting. Works are subject to general voting. The number of votes cast in the general vote will determine the 1st to 3rd place. |
| 注意 Points to Note |
・投稿者の氏名（本名）、電話番号、メールアドレス、所属学校名、学年は公開しない。ただし、各賞を受賞した場合は氏名及び所属校を公開する。 The name, detailed address, phone number, school name and school year of the applicant will not be published. However, artists of award winning works will have their name and school's name published. ・制作における作画技法は自由とする。ただし、平面作品に限る。 There are no restrictions to the creation method. However, the artwork should have a flat surface. ・作品に関しては、第三者の著作権、肖像権、プライバシー等の権利を侵害することのないよう注意し、写真や著作権等侵害に当たる複製物の張り付けは禁止する。 Be careful to avoid violation of third-party copyright, image rights, privacy rights etc. in 2 your work. The adding on of materials that would constitute a copyright violation is strictly prohibited. ・万一、権利の侵害から生じる請求等が発生した場合は、各自が全責任を負い、主催者は一切の責任を負わない。 If claims are made as a result of a violation of rights, the school concerned must bear the full responsibility, and the host organization bears no responsibility towards any losses or reparations. ・応募作品の著作権は、投稿者に帰属する。 ただし、「主催者が発行する刊行物、広報物への掲載（主催者が委託する業者が発行する場合も含む）」、「主催者が主催する展覧会等への展示」、「インターネット等電子メディアでの公開」、「主催者が認めた展覧会等での公開」を目的として主催者が無償で応募作品を利用することについて、投稿者はこれを予め承諾するものとする。 なお、主催者が投稿作品に必要最低限の改変又は変更を加えることができることを予め承諾し、主催者に対して著作者人格権を行使しないものとする。 The copyright of the submitted work belongs to the applicant. However, in submitting their work, the applicant has agreed for their work to be used without remuneration by the organizer in “publications issued by the organizer and on publicity materials (including those issued by contractor hired by the organizer)”,“exhibitions organized by the organizer”,“publication in digital media, such as the Internet”, “exhibitions that are approved by the organizer”. The applicant also consents in advance that the organizer can add the minimum necessary modifications and changes to submitted works, and that the applicant shall not exercise the author's rights to the organizer. ・主催者は、収集した個人情報を、投稿資格の確認と諸連絡、並びに上記利用に必要な範囲においてのみ利用する。 The organizer will use the collected personal information only for the facilitation of the confirmation of participation qualifications and other possible required communication. |
